It has also been decided to hold an EXHIBITION-CUM- BUYER SELLER MEET for Rajasthan based Member-Exporters at Jaipur on 27- 28 February, 2010.

You are aware that this Council is confronted from time to time with the problem of child labour in the Carpet Industry. To overcome the problem of child labour, the Council has formulated a Code of Conduct for its Member-Exporters. The Code of Conduct requires its Members to ensure that his/her Carpets are woven only on the Looms registered by this Council having no child labour as prohibited by the Child Labour Prohibition & Regulation Act, 1986.
