Subject:- Participation in Autumn Fair International 2015 at NEC, Birmingham (UK) 6-9 September, 2015, under DC(H) Scheme.
The Carpet Export Promotion Council invites applications from the registered member-exporters of this Council for participation in Autumn Fair International at NEC, Birmingham (UK) from 6-9 September, 2015. Autumn Fair International is organized by i2i Events Group, London (U.K.). This is the largest trade Exhibition in UK and one of the largest in Europe. The fair is covering 13 key product areas in the home and gift industry including Home Furnishing & Carpets. This fair takes place at a crucial time in the buying calendar allowing buyers to replace stock in preparation for the festive season as well as previewing new product launches in time for spring. Autumn Fair was held 26th time and this will be the 27th fair held each September at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham, U. K. Autumn Fair attracts leading international buyer in UK . The fair attracts approx. 35,000 visitors out of which 6000 visitors interested in Home Interiors, Furnishing item including Carpets & Floor coverings. This fair will thus provide an ideal platform to the Indian Carpet Exporter to showcase their products to the potential buyer and it is expected that their participation in this fair will generate good business & enquiries in anticipation of Govt. Grant.
Interested member-exporters can send enclosed application form duly filled in and signed alongwith D/D of Rs.1,00,000/- towards facilitation charges for a 12 sq. m. built up stand. The space is limited, therefore, we would request you to please send the application form alongwith facilitation charges latest by 20th July, 2015..
We would like to state that after allotment of booth to the participant facilitation charges shall not be considered for refund to the participant.
The Council reserves the right to accept/reject any of the application and the decision of the Council in this regard will be final and binding upon all members of the Council.
