The Carpet Export Promotion Council is organizing 24th India Carpet Expo, from 17th to 20th February, 2012 in Hall No. 14, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi & Buyer Seller Meet on 21-22 February, 2012 in Jaipur for Rajasthan based Member-Exporters only. The India Carpet Expo a one stop sourcing show for carpets and floor coverings is now Asia’s biggest carpet show with its ever growing patronage from buyers all over the world. The business opportunities for participating manufacturers and exporters are tremendous as Council has decided to invite buyers with complimentary package from the identified focus countries viz. LAC, China, Iran and Africa Countries. The Council has magnified its efforts in terms of infrastructure & facilities to exhibitors on affordable cost besides providing complimentary package to overseas selected carpet buyers and therefore, we are confident that the Expo would be exploring more and more business avenues for the participants. The details of the participation fees and other facilities are as under :

i) * Participation Fees : Rs. 3,300/- per sq. meter + Service Tax @ 10.30%

a) * 10% discount will be allowed to the applicants for booking of space with 50% advance upto 10th January, 2012.
b) *Participation Fees includes a built-up stand with table, Chairs, Spot lights, facia and carpets on flooring of the stand.

ii) Compulsory Fees: Rs. 1500/- per exhibitor for their profile entry in the Fair Directory + Service Tax @ 10.30%.

The Council is providing complimentary package to selected overseas carpet buyers as under :

- Upto 3 nights hotel accommodation to the 'Selected Buyers' for which last date for registration by buyers is 31st January, 2012 at New Delhi.
- one night complimentary hotel accommodation (Room rent with breakfast only) between 20-21 Feb., 2012 night at Jaipur to those who attend Buyer Seller Meet at Jaipur on 21-22 February, 2012.
- Air fare reimbursement to selected buyers under Special Focus for buyers from LAC, China, Iran and all African Countries –-

* For Buyers from LAC - Upto US $ 1500 or actual which ever is less.
* For Buyers from China, Iran and all African Countries - Upto US $ 800 or actual which ever is less.

Note : To avail the above package 6 hours presence in 4 days fair is essential and the offer is for one buyer from one company excluding those who have already availed the air fare reimbursement for 3 times.

Buyer Seller Meet is also organizing in Jaipur on 21-22 February, 2012 for Rajasthan based carpet manufacturers and Exporters

Council is providing one night complimentary hotel accommodation at Jaipur on 21st or 22nd February, 2012 for attending Buyer Seller Meet at Jaipur on 21-22 February, 2012.

Interested Members may send their space requirement in the enclosed Booking Form with Terms and Conditions and Exhibitors Profile Entry Form duly filled in along with requisite amount to the Council at the earliest as the space are limited. The Council reserves its right to accept or reject any application for participation, without assigning any reason.
