Dear Member,

         

The Carpet Export Promotion Council is organizing 33rd India Carpet Expo,  a sourcing platform for Handmade carpets and other floor coverings from  27-30 March, 2017 in Hall No. 11,12 & 12A, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. This Expo has now established as Asia’s biggest Handmade carpet show with its ever growing patronage from buyers all over the world. There are tremendous business opportunities for participating manufacturers and exporters as various  prominent Overseas Handmade Carpet Buyers from all over the world will be attending this Expo. This Council offers attractive complimentary package of  Air fare subsidy and complimentary hotel accommodation for 2 nights in Delhi to the Selected Buyers

 

The details of the participation charges and other facilities are as under :

 

a.           Participation Charges : Rs. 4,800/- per sq. meter + Service Tax @ 15%, which  includes built-up stand with table, Chairs, Spot lights, facia name and carpeted flooring of each stand.

 

b.           10% extra for 2 side open corner stands i.e. Rs. 5280/- per sq. meter + Service Tax @ 15%.

 

c.           Compulsory Fees: Rs. 2000/- per exhibitor for their profile entry in the Fair Directory + Service Tax @ 15%.

 

d.           Payment Terms: 50% as an advance along with booking form and the balance by Monday, the 13th March, 2017. Space will be booked only on receipt of the advance payment and stand will be allotted after receipt of full payment. All payments to be made by Demand Draft/ at par cheque favouring 'Carpet Export Promotion Council ' payable at New  Delhi or transfer of payment by RTGS as per details given below :

Please note that after transfer of amount of booking through RTGS, the applicant has to inform the RTGS details to CEPC. As per Government of India directions payment will be accepted only through digital mode of payments and not by cash.

 

e.           Dispatch/ Return of Exhibits – Council will assist in the dispatch and return of the Exhibits by notifying the agents at the exhibitor’s cost.

 

Interested Members may send their  space requirement in the enclosed Booking Form with Terms and Conditions and Exhibitors Profile Entry Form duly filled in along with requisite amount  to the Council at the earliest. Please note that as per revised Guidelines from Government of India, the CEPC has to upload the details of the participants in the web-site of Ministry of Commerce 15  days before the date of start of event i.e. by 13th March, 2017. The Council reserves its right to accept or reject any application for participation in the above Expo, without assigning any reason.
