In continuation to this Council’s circular of even number dated 30th October,2009 announcing next India Carpet Expo, from 25 - 28 February, 2010 in Hall No. 18, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, we would like to inform that in view of the Holi Festival falling on 1st March, 2010, the organization of India Carpet Expo has been preponed from 25 - 28 February, 2010 to 23 - 26 February, 2010. It has also been decided to hold an EXHIBITION-CUM- BUYER SELLER MEET for Rajasthan based Member-Exporters at Jaipur on 27- 28 February, 2010.

Please note the new dates for holding India Carpet Expo at New Delhi and EXHIBITION-CUM- BUYER SELLER MEET at Jaipur are as under :

The details of the participation fees and other facilities are as under:

i)Participation Fees*:

ii)Participation Fees* (EXHIBITION-CUM- BUYER SELLER MEET AT JAIPUR):

a) *Participation Fees includes a built-up stand with table, Chairs, Spot lights.

b) To and Fro' Free freight carriage facilities for exhibitors of Category A, within the permitted weight limit.

c) Booking will be entertained in the prescribed booking form and with 50% advance payment of Participation Fees only.

ii) Compulsory Fees: Rs. 1500/- for profile entry in the Fair Directory (Separate fees to be paid for each event).

iii)Payment Terms: 50% advance of Participation Fees along with Space Booking Form. Balance payment at least 15 days before the commencement of
India Carpet Expo. All payments to be made by Demand Draft or at par cheque favouring 'Carpet Export Promotion Council ' payable at New Delhi.

The Council is making all possible efforts to:

• Organise Expo in a professional and international manner
• Make global publicity campaign to enlarge the scope of visit of overseas buyers
• Provides attractive special package of facilities to 'Selected Buyers' only
• Showcase India's capability in procuring wide range of products
• Open new business avenues for all segments of manufacturers & exporters of carpets

Interested Members may send their Space Booking Form and Exhibitors Profile Entry Form duly filled in along with requisite payment to the
Council. The Council reserve its right to accept or reject any application for participation, without assigning any reason.
