Subject: Organizing 5 days Training Programmes at Mirzapur & Bhadohi

Dear Sir (s),

The Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) has approved CEPC proposal for organizing Capacity Building Programmes at five places i.e. Mirzapur, Bhadohi, in Uttar Pradesh, Dehradun, in Uttrakhand, Jaipur in Rajasthan and Panipat in Haryana for five days each.   We are admitting 20 participant candidates on the basis of open interviews to be undertaken before the start of training programme.   
 
These training programmes aim to train the carpet artisans, potential entrepreneurs, SHG leaders and NGOs in non-technical skills, such as micro finance, entrepreneurship development, preparation of business plans, preparation of project reports, packaging, export marketing etc.

We have finalized the details of Training Programmes to be organized at the above five places, as under:

Academy of Management Studies (AMS), Lucknow is providing technical support to the Council in organizing these programmes.

We request you to kindly participate in the training programmes of your region and to extend full cooperation for all the success of the training programmes, for the welfare of the artisans, weavers and small entrepreneurs.
