Sub. : Participation in “Coir Kerala  2013” from 1st to 5th  February 2013 in Alappuzah (Kerala).

The Department of Coir Development, Govt. of Kerala, India  are organizing 3rd edition of an international event on Coir and natural fibre products in Alappuzah (Kerala) from  1st to 5th  February 2013. The expo is Co-ordinated by National Coir Research & Management Institute (NCRMI), Thiruvananthapuram.

This Council is seeking Govt. Grant and fixed the participation charges at Rs. 5,000/-, in anticipation of financial support from Development Commissioner (Handicrafts),  for stand of 10 ft. X 10 ft. Shell Scheme against the participation fee of Rs. 30,000/- which includes -

Ø    Detailed listing in the Coir Kerala 2013 Expo.

Ø    Meals and beverages, including evening receptions.

Ø    Opportunity for Exhibitor Presentation.

Ø    Opportunity to run an Audio-Visual (CD/DVD) that explains the product(s) or service offered.

Ø    Standard Company sing.

Ø    Standard Carpet.

Ø    Matching drape backdrop.

Ø    Special discounted rate

Ø    Preferential booth assignment

Ø    Reservation of Exhibitor Presentation slot.
