Subject:- Participation in Spring Fair International 2017 at NEC, Birmingham (UK) 05-09 February 2017 .
The Carpet Export Promotion Council has decided to organize participation in Spring Fair International at NEC, Birmingham (UK) from 05-09 February 2017. Spring Fair International is organized by i2i Events Group. This exhibition is held in the month of February at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham, UK. Spring Fair International began in 1948 but was first held at the NEC in 1976 and was opened by Queen Elizabeth II. Spring Fair International is the largest trade exhibition in the UK and one of the largest in Europe. Covering 12 key products areas in the home and gift industry, the show spans across all halls of the Birmingham NEC. Spring Fair attracts leading international buyer and UK wholesalers, retailers, independent retailers and Departmental stores. Being the most important buying event of the season, Spring Fair is renowned for offering a huge quantity of products that are on trend, in stock and ready for delivery. This fair will thus provides an ideal platform to the Indian Carpet Exporter to showcase their products before the potential buyer and it is expected that their participation in this fair will generate good business.
Interested member-exporters can send enclosed application form duly filled in and signed alongwith D/D of Rs.1,10,000/- towards facilitation charges for 12 sq.m. built up stand. The space is limited, therefore, we would request you to please send the application form alongwith facilitation charges latest by 12th September 2016..
We would like to state that refund of facilitation charges shall not be considered to the participants after confirmation for allotment of space by this Council.
We would further like to inform that the Council reserves the right to accept/reject any of the application and the decision of the Council in this regard will be final and binding upon all members of the Council.
