Sub.: Participation in “Textiles India 2017” from 30thJune to 2ndJuly, 2017 in          Gandhinagar (Gujarat).


Dear Members,


We would like to inform that Ministry of Textiles is organizing a mega international event ‘Textiles India – 2017’, from 30th  June 2017 to 2nd  July 2017 at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The event will, for the first time, mark the positioning of an annual textile trade event in the country on the annual calendar of global trade events.  Hon’ble Prime Minister of India has kindly agreed to inaugurate the event.


A mega exhibition will showcase the strength of the value chain in India and an international conference will be held with participation from global and national leaders of industry, technical experts and senior policy makers from the Union and State Governments.


The three day event is expected to attract around 1000 international and domestic exhibitors and 2500 buyers from various countries. The event will provide an excellent platform for B2B interactions and for exploring investments and technological tie-ups across various segments in the textiles value chain.


Government has desired participation of maximum Member-Exporters in the event and the participation charges are fixed as under :


Standard shell scheme - INR 4500 per + Service Tax @ 15%

Standard shell scheme booth includes wall to wall carpets, white walls, and fascia board with company name, spot lights, one info counter, one table, three chairs, one power socket and a waste paper basket.


Raw space - INR 4000 per + Service Tax @ 15%

Exhibitors can fabricate and design their stand, subject to organizer’s approval. Power supply is charged separately. (min. 24 sq.m.)


            All payments to be made by Demand Draft/ at par cheque favouring ‘Carpet Export Promotion Council’ payable at New Delhi or transfer of payment by RTGS as per details given below :

Please note that after transfer of amount of booking through RTGS, the applicant has to inform the RTGS details to CEPC. We would request the Members to send their space requirement at the earliest with participation charges to enable us to inform the Government accordingly.
