Sub.: INDIA CARPET EXPO, 1st – 4th March, 2013 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
Dear Members,
The Carpet Export Promotion Council is organizing 25th India Carpet Expo, from 1st to 4th March, 2013 in Hall No. 12 & 12A, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The India Carpet Expo a one stop sourcing show for carpets and floor coverings is now Asia’s biggest carpet show with its ever growing patronage from buyers all over the world. The business opportunities for participating manufacturers and exporters are tremendous as Council invites Overseas Carpet Buyers from all over the world and providing attractive complimentary package to Selected Buyers. The Council is confident that the Expo will provide more and more business avenues for the participants.
In order to provide an opportunity for participation of maximum number of exhibitors as well as to fulfill the condition laid down by the Govt. for participation of 300 exhibitors, the Council will prefer applications for booking of space with allotment of 12 sq. mtr stall in the Expo.
The details of the participation charges and other facilities are as under :
a. Participation Fees : Rs. 3,300/- per sq. meter + Service Tax @ 12.36% (Participation Fee includes built-up stand with table, Chairs, Spot lights, facia and carpeted flooring of the stand).
b. Compulsory Fees: Rs. 1500/- per exhibitor for their profile entry in the Fair Directory + Service Tax @ 12.36% .
c. Payment Terms: Participants should remit 50% as advance along with the booking form and pay the balance at least 7 days prior to the start of the EXPO. Space will be booked only on receipt of advance payment. All payments to be made by Demand Draft or at par cheque favouring 'Carpet Export Promotion Council ' payable at New Delhi.
d. Free Freight Subsidy - ‘To and Fro’ Free Freight subsidy with in the permissible limit will be provided to participants coming from a distance of more than 200 Kms.
The Council is providing complimentary package to selected overseas carpet buyers as under:
A. Air Fare Reimbursement to Selected Buyers.
i. Selected Buyers who have received airfare reimbursement less than 3 times : -
Buyers from American Continent including LAC and Canada |
US$ 1200 or actual whichever is less |
Buyers from Countries other than American Continent including LAC and Canada |
US$ 750 or actual, whichever is less |
ii. Selected Buyers who have received Airfare reimbursement for more than 3 times:
Buyers from all countries |
US$ 500 or actual, whichever is less. |
Complimentary package will be subject to the following conditions:
i. Only one Buyer will be selected from one Company.
ii. The Buyer must spend minimum 6 hours in the Expo during 4 days from 1st - 4th March, 2013.
B. Hotel Accommodation to Selected Buyers.
All selected buyers will be provided hotel accommodation (Room rent with breakfast) for 2 nights only in New Delhi provided they confirm their itinerary well in advance.
We request the Members to invite their buyers to India Carpet Expo and advise them to register with this Council to avail the above Complimentary package.
Interested Members may send their space requirement in the enclosed Booking Form with Terms and Conditions and Exhibitors Profile Entry Form duly filled in along with requisite amount to the Council by 20th January, 2013. The Council reserves its right to accept or reject any application for participation, without assigning any reason.
